Where is the Auction?
The Auction will be held at Michael Mina Bourbon Steak & Pub at Levi’s Stadium. The restaurant is located at 4900 Marie P DeBartolo Way, Santa Clara. Click here for Google Maps link. Follow the signs to check-in for the event.
When Does The Auction Start?
Bidding starts promptly at 6:30 p.m.! Register in advance online for the easiest and fastest check-in experience. If you haven’t pre-registered, you can do so when you arrive. General check-in will begin at 6:00 p.m. Come early to make sure you’re ready to go when the bidding starts!
What is the Private Cocktail Party?
On Auction night, start the party early at 5:00 p.m. with a private, pre-auction cocktail hour at 49er's Museum! You will have private access to stroll with friends amongst life-sized statues of the 27 49ers Hall of Famers in their signature poses, snap a photo next to Coach Bill Walsh and Joe Montana or put yourself in the huddle with the Million Dollar Backfield (all with a drink in hand of course). Beat the registration crowds and lines with private VIP entrance to the auction following this optional pre-event Cocktail Hour. A ticket is required for this event. Tickets are $25 per person, and available in advance when you register online for the auction. Limited quantities of tickets will be available at the door the night of the auction starting at 5:00 p.m.
Do I have to Pre-Register?
You can register for the Auction as well as the private cocktail party online at any time by clicking here to speed up check-in. If you did not pre-register, you can still do so at the Auction. You will need to provide your credit-card and sign up details when you arrive.
I’m driving… Where Do I Park?
Limited free parking is available immediately in front of the restaurant on Marie P. DeBartolo Way (20 spots) and on Tasman Blvd. (10 spots), adjacent to the stadium, right before the intersection of Tasman Blvd. and Marie P. DeBartolo Way. The primary free parking is a short walk across the street from the restaurant, on the opposite (north) side of Tasman Blvd. As you drive up Tasman you'll see the stadium and a sign for Bourbon Steak & Pub on your right. Take a left at the intersection of Tasman Blvd. and Marie P. DeBartolo Way. Drive to the stop sign at the T-section and take a left at the stop sign and the parking lot is immediately on your left side. It's a short walk across Tasman Blvd., and when you arrive in front of the stadium, you'll see signs directing you to check-in for the event. The map below highlights all of the parking options described above.
What’s the Dress Code?
Festive Attire: dress for a fun, date night out! No need to bring out your ball gown, but feel free to get a little dressed up. However, jeans are perfectly appropriate if you’d rather be comfortable for your mad-dash around the silent auction bid sheets.
Will There Be Food?
Come hungry! There will be plenty of delicious heavy appetizers prepared by the Bourbon Steak & Pub executive chef and an open bar.
Do I Have to Pay to Attend the Auction?’
The auction is free to attend! All funds raised support Huff PTA, so please feel free to help us by contributing to the costs of the event by donating towards your food and beverage costs at registration.
What Items Can I Bid On?

If I Can’t Attend in Person, Can I Still Bid on Items?
Yes! Pre-register for the auction online, get your bidding number, checkout the auction catalogue and decide what items you’d like to bid on. You can have a friend submit your bid number for any items you want to purchase.
Do I Have to Wait for the Auction to End to Checkout?
No! We will process all items after the auction closes and you will receive a receipt via email after the event. No need to wait in line when the auction ends.
